She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Dorman and Berna Dean Dorman (Cerveny) of Reynolds, NE.; her in-laws, Lawrence and Leta Blas (Schacht); her daughter Tamara (Tami) Sipek (Blas); her sister Shirley Zenger; her siblings-in-law, Karen Rippe and Roger Schmidt; and her great grandchild Rylen Schwartz.
She is survived by: her husband William Blas (Bill); her son Terry Blas (Leann); her sister Sharon Schmidt; her sister-in-law Ruth Schuster (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Brittany Blas, Kaylee Sipek, Harlie Blas, Trayce Blas, Casidy Sipek and Ryder Schwartz. She is also survived by great-granddaughter in February, and many nieces, nephews.
