The passing of Janice Braasch of Rising City, Nebraska leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 27, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Alt and Florence Alt (Koester); her husband Bob; her daughter Theresa Lynn; her brother Don; her sister-in-law Pat Alt; her sister Virginia Lippstreu; and her brothers-in-law, Dean Lewis, Dale Braasch and Jim Lippstreu.

She is survived by : her children, Greg Braasch (Carmen) of Omaha, Laurel Potter (Ken) of Rising City and Kerry Hinkle (Shane) of Rising City.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (210 S Walnut St, Shelby, NE 68662). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

In Lieu of flowers, plants and statues, memorials may be made to the family for future designation.
