He is survived by: his wife Beverly Micek of Rising City; his children, Nikki Berggren (Jared) of Kearney and Matt Gillespie (Molly) of Osceola; his grandchildren, Brynlee, Collin Berggren of Kearney, Davis, Harris and Hunter Gillespie of Osceola; his siblings, Bob Gillespie (Jean) of Mount Vernon, WA, Rich Gillespie (Mary) of Shelby, Vickie Kerkman (Dale) of David City, Jeanette Hain (Jim) of Johnson Lake and Cherie Kobza (Ray) of David City; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Kurtenbach (Bill) of Columbus and Connie Moore (David) of Chanhassen, MN; his mother-in-law Rita Micek of Columbus; and his brother-in-law Ivan Micek of Columbus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
