He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shannon and Carol Shannon (Horton); and his brother Howard Shannon. He is survived by: his children, Justin Weaver (Megan) of Holdrege, NE, Heath Shannon (Sadie) of Upland, NE, Shea Shannon of Franklin, NE and Haley Shannon of Kearney, NE; his brother Herb Shannon (Kay) of Riverton, NE; and his grandchildren, Ronan and Declan Weaver. He is also survived by dad, a brother, or one of their closest friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Hal Shannon Memorial Fund for the family to designate at a later date, or the Cross Gate Community Church and may be sent in care of Williams & Kuehn Funeral Home, 241 West 4th Ave., Red Cloud, NE 68970.
