He is survived by: his brother Gary Havener (Janet) of Loveland, CO; his niece Kate Bailey (Patrick) of Severance, CO; and his brothers-in-law, Lynn Binder (Elaine) of Table Rock, NE, Michael Kim Binder (Marcia) of St. Joseph, MO and Steve Binder (Angie) of Rulo, NE. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
