He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ernest and Ruth Elizabeth Davidson (Rolfe); his wife Ardath Davidson; his grandson Kevin "Trapper" Davidson; and his siblings, Dr. J. Edward Davidson (Jean), Wayne Davidson (Chestyne), Robert Davidson (Jeanne), Jean Reznor (Thad), Lorraine Getzfrid (Robert), Sharon Workman (Morris) and Janice Getzfrid.
He is survived by: his children, Ross Davidson (Carol) of Albion, NE, Nancy Johnson (Randy) of Columbus, NE and Deanna "Dee" Koenig (Larry) of Newman Grove, NE; his grandchildren, Kelly Benson (Cole Frey), Samantha Kleveland (Aaron), Shawna Podany, Jennifer Vanicek (Tate), Dr. Jill Knasas (Andrius), Lynn Benzing and Chase Johnson (Pascal); and his brother Jim Davidson (Marie) of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
