She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard "Dick" Darveaux and Pauline Darveaux (Wahl); and her sister Glenda Bailey. She is survived by : her husband Marvin Kasik of Schuyler; her children, Valerie Kasik of Columbus, Tisa Kasik (Walter Kim) of Omaha, Shannon Moosa (Khlil Moosa) of Columbus and Kurt Kasik of Lincoln; and her grandchildren, Eric Rogers (Sonja), Tisa Kasik, Alex Long and Austin Long. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
