He was predeceased by : his parents, Milo Brichacek and Lillian Brichacek (Dostal); his wife Dorothy Svoboda; his granddaughter Brittany Brichacek; and his great grandchild Noah Stutzman.

He is survived by : his children, Ron Brichacek, Paul (Wendy Brichacek), Theresa (Allan Shonka), Denise Brichacek (Kelly Borman), Gene (Paula Brichacek), Ann (Mike Borman) and Honorary; his grandchildren, Annelies Lam of Holland, Rebecca (Jason Connerley), Jesse (Faith Brichacek), Katie Brichacek (Jorge Gomez), Amanda (Andy Gallagher), Jennie (Levi Stutzman), Stacy (Adam Elm), Greg (Staci Shonka), Kayla VanNorman (Marcus Schwager), Miranda (Oscar Marino), Tyler Brichacek, Jordon Brichacek, Stephanie (Chris Gabel) and Nikki (Neil Oltmer); his great grandchildren, Jett, Carmyn Connerley, Raelea, Mavrik Brichacek, Ryan, Liam Brichacek, Aria Gomez, Charlotte Gallagher, Gage, Blane, Braxton Stutzman, Zach, Lexi Elm, Aspen, Lynae, Pryor, Crue Shonka, MaKayla and Neil Jr. Oltmer; and his brothers, Dean (Shirley Brichacek) of Schuyler and Dennis (Linda Brichacek) of Schuyler.
