She was predeceased by: her mother Janet Phillips (Burroughs). She is survived by: her father Marvin Phillips; her close friend Mike Urbanek; and her siblings, Terry Phillips (Alice) and Tammy Zarybnicky (Rick). She is also survived by 5 nieces and 1 nephew, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
