He is survived by: his sister Elaine (Jeff Vind); his children, Benjamin Harsh Jr., Jonathan (Regina Harsh), Laura Keck and Nickolas Harsh; and his grandchildren, Sabian, Salem, Sabastian, Sabrina, Kedryn, Kadence, Danae, Jakob, Ambrosia, Lilly and Kaleb.
