He was predeceased by: his parents, Natividad Lopez and Guadalupe Lopez (Melchor); his siblings, Ricardo Lopez, Valentin Lopez, Adan Lopez, Meliton Lopez and Alicia Lopez; and his nephews, Miguel and Manuel Lopez.
He is survived by: his son Carlos Jr. Carlos (Roberta); his wife Laura Lopez; his daughters, Leticia Martinez (Jessie) and Carla Hernandez (Reimundo); his grandchildren, Deiondre Lopez, Naliyah Hernandez and Daxson Hernandez; and his siblings, Lupe Parish, Rosa Jimenez, Bennita Provencio (Armando), Adelita Ortiz (Luis), Eva Lopez, Natividad Jr. Lopez (Elena), Pedro Lopez, Juan Lopez (Rachel), Lorenzo Lopez (Glenda) and Jerry Lopez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
