He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Wilson; his children, Tammy Masid (Joe), Carla Schmidt (Kevin) and Steve Benzel (Ellen); his grandchildren, Adam Masid and Emily Schmidt; and his sister Keitha Kuxhausen (Alvin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
