He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Prouty and Alice Prouty (Harsin); his wife Norma Jean England; his siblings, Norma Hegwood, Lyle, Les and Walt; and his siblings-in-law, Clarence Thompson, Carol, Carolyn and Barb.

He is survived by: his former wife Winnie King; his children, Donna Porter (Rod), Bill Jones (Jonna), Randy Prouty (Karen) and Diana De Los (Juan); his siblings, Stan Prouty and Jean Thompson; his sister-in-law Julia Prouty; and his grandchildren, Michael Jarrett, Valerie Martin (Kevin), Tim Porter (Julie), Jonathan Jones (Amy), Jennifer Dilks (Ben), DJ Avila (Shannon), Jeremy Prouty (Candra) and Megan Prouty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.

Face masks requirements and social distancing protocols will be followed.

A memorial has been established to the Festival of Hope.

The last time was at the funeral of Ray Hawley. He was a gentle and kind man. He sent me a Christmas card every year. May GOD give all of his family comfort and peace during this time of mourning.
