Epler; siblings: Elaine Luehr Hannon and Harold Ullstrom; children: Mark (Toni), Patti (Ken), Kent (Gayle), Wanda and Cheryl (Gary); daughter-in-law: Jenny (Shawn); grandchildren: Joel, Trevor (Heather), Courtney, Matthew (Kelly), Greta, Michael, Brian (Jessica), Brenda, Tammy (Pat), Krystal and Nicole (Larry); nephews: Loyd and Bill Luehr; great-grandchildren: Zoe, JJ, Bailey, Elektra, Kalel, Layla, Joey, Davis, Aubrey, Braxton, Hailee and Caleb (Emma); great-great grandchild: Audrey; other: Maxine, Sherry, Josh, Patrick, Gary, Cheryl. and many extended family members, friends, and associates from the library.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (220 W 22nd St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location.
