He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Duncan and Helen A Duncan (Fisher); and his siblings, William, Howard, Glen, Harvey Duncan and Evelyn Burton.

He is survived by: his significant other Richard Spicher (R. Gene); and his brother Lawrence (Karen) of Kearney.
