He is survived by: his wife Deborah McNeal of Torrington Wyoming; his father-in-law John Burbach of Scottsbluff Nebraska; his sisters, Cathy Gomez of Mitchell, Nebraska, Sharon Raymond of Denver, Colorado and Janet McNeal of Arizona; his children, Christopher McNeal (Tonja) of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Shannon McNeal (Treasa) and April Anderson (Brice); his grandchildren, Brianna Dykes (Tanner), Austin Bayless, Justin Bayless, Hallie Priest (Gabe), Alexis McNeal (John), Cordy McNeal, Tatum McNeal, Dakota McNeal (Alexis) of Canajoharie, Carson McNeal (TshavNtuj) of Gering, Nebraska, Mackynzie McNeal of Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Paxton McNeal of Scottsbluff, Nebraska; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Oaklyn, Matthew, Winter, Melanie, Alexandria, Jerald, Graycee and Kathryn Rose.
