She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garcia and Rachel Muro; her former husband Dale Dike; her husband George Moreno; and her siblings, Richard, Frank Garcia and Elizabeth Owens.
She is survived by: her sons, Gene Ramirez of Scottsbluff and Frank Ramirez Sr. (Marcia) of Scottsbluff; and her siblings, Joe Garcia (JoJo) of Gering, Julian Garcia (Yolanda) of Gering, Ralph Garcia (Donna) of Scottsbluff, David Garcia (Linda) of Pine Ridge, Jenny Rodriguez of Denver, Connie Martinez of Colorado Springs and Lucy Martinez (Vince) of Alaska. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
