It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iona Pearl Dulin of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, born in Galena, Illinois, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband LaValle Dulin; and her children, Lena Grace, Houston David, Robert Lyle, Dorthey Belle, Dennis Wayne and Everett Freeman.

She is survived by: her children, Reda Barnes, Allen Ashley and Carolyn Burgien (Robert).
