It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen A. Mortimore of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen A. Mortimore to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis J. Owens and Della Owens (Frick); and her siblings, Verl Owens, Neva Townsley, Dale Owens and Larry Owens.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Mortimore (Ben); her children, Kyla Cwik (Pete) of Chandler, AZ. and Jim Mortimore (Missy) of Scottsbluff, NE.; her grandchildren, Greg Ford (Samantha), Amber Valentin (Jimmy) of Chandler, AZ and Wes Mortimore (Maeghann) of Gering, NE.; her great grandchildren, Madeleine Ford, Alexis Ford, Bianca Valentin, Axel Mortimore, Riverson Mortimore and Diesel Mortimore; and her brothers, Doug Owens (Lana) of Austin, MN and Don (Roxann) of Indianola, NE..
