She was predeceased by : her parents, Ira Patterson and Inez Patterson (Hewlett); her husband Harry Deines; her daughter-in-law Margaret Luella Deines; her stepdaughter Shirley Green; her great grandchild Chad Glasgow; and her siblings, Irvin, Ray Patterson, Helen Myers (Jack) and Frieda Blair (Bob).

She is survived by : her sons, Lee and Jim Deines (Lin) of Gordon, NE; her sister Lila Hurley of Cedar Park, TX; and her nieces, Lenora Norholm (Kresten), Brenda Flowers (Steve Jahn) and Barbara Headley (Dan). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Church of God (2122 Ave F, Scottsbluff, NE 69361).
