He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur "Bill" Surratt and Ida Surratt (Morehead); his sisters, Donna Sinner and Charlotte Ludwig; his daughter Debbie Stubby; and his grandson Russell Todd Surratt.
He is survived by: his wife Nadine Todd Surratt of Lyman; his children, Russ Surratt (Yvonne), Randy Surratt and Diane Bolek (Steve) of Lyman; and his brother Garry Surratt of Lisbon, CT.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
