She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhold B. "Reinne" Schwartz and Marie Schwartz (Sauer); her husband Leonard L. Leis; her brother Reinhold L. "Junior" Schwartz; and her brother-in-law Gary Van Winkle.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Schliening (Stan), Michael (Tami), David and Danny Leis (Anne Ferin-Leis); her grandchildren, Brittany Payne (Bryan), Stephanie Irvine (Kyle), Alexandra Salazar (Mike) and Jordan Leis (Nicki); her great grandchildren, Kaden, Kolton, Olivia Irvine, Cooper and Harper Page; her sister Barbara Van Winkle; and her sister-in-law Charlene Schwartz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
