He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hoff and Norma Hoff (Fulk). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Hoff (Dawn) and Cynthia Rogers (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridgman Funeral Home (2104 Broadway, Scottsbluff, NE 69361). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
It is respectfully requested that in lieu of any flowers, memorials in Norman's honor be made in care of his family to be designated at a later date.
