He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Fulk and Mary Fulk (Thomas); his wife Donna L Hintergardt; his siblings, Everett, Robert Lee Fulk, Lee Robert Fulk, Lester Fulk (Twila), Don Fulk, Harry Fulk, Norma Hoff (Albert) and Gloria Jenkins; and his sister-in-law Patrica Bernhardt (Carolyn Hintergardt).

He is survived by : his children, Anita Russell (Jason) and Jason Fulk (Brenda); his grandchildren, Taylor Wilson Dillon (Tanner), Katrina Fulk and Keegan Todd; his great grandchildren, Greyson Fulk and Braelyn Fulk; his brothers, Marvin Fulk (Linda) and Roger Fulk (Monte); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Fulk (Joyce Fulk) and Vern Hintergardt. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date.
