He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Duncan and Velma Duncan (Jensen); his siblings, Don Duncan, Fred Duncan, Gayle Barton and June Prince; his granddaughter Morgan Duncan; his parents-in-law, Walter and Eunice Burry; and his sister-in-law Donna Johnson.
He is survived by: his brother Dick; his wife Anita; his son Floyd Duncan (Cindy); his granddaughter McKenzi Duncan; his son Jim Duncan (Krystal); his grandson Josh Duncan; his great grandchildren, Jamison, Olivia and Oliver; his granddaughter Jordyn Chandler (Riley); his great grandchildren, Lawrence and Emelia; his granddaughter Katie Tellus (Andrew); and his siblings, Ken Duncan and Myrna Stuckert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Angora Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Dugan-Kramer Chapel, Avenue B, Scottsbluff.
