With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Eugene Freimuth in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, born in Angora, Nebraska, who passed away on June 29, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Richard had on those he encountered along his journey. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Freimuth and Vera Freimuth (Kloch); his sister Joan; his brother-in-law William Phillips; and his brother Leonard Freimuth.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul Freimuth and Ken Freimuth (Krista); his grandsons, Jon, Jesse Wood and Tyler Freimuth; and his nephews, Patrick and Mike Phillips (Sue).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1730 N St, Gering, NE 69341).
