He was predeceased by: his parents, Anacito Franco and Bernice Franco (Estrada); and his grandparents, Rose, Ben Estrada, Santos, Andrea and Franco.
He is survived by: his wife Deb; his siblings, Elena Simons, Eddie Franco (Robin) and Matt Franco (Donna); his stepchildren, Jeremy Delgado (Casey), Michele Kay (Brandon) and Tara Ockinga (Allen Tarr); and his grandchildren, Keon, Kambree Delgado, Cooper, Ashton, Leah Kay, Trace Tarr, Dakoda Yager and Cylas Tarr. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
