Dugan (Morris); his sister Connie Stauffer (Nick) of York, NE; his stepchildren, Carrie Ann Morris of Scottsbluff, NE and Shaun Morris of Sterling, CO; his former wife Verna Dugan (Kelsey); his daughter Brandi Shane Dugan; and his stepdaughter Bobbi Kroger. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 13 Great-grandchildren.
