He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Eberly (Mayden); his wife Pam Welch of Gering; his children, Corby Welch (Jennifer) of Wichita and Jodi Lewellen (Mike) of Scottsbluff; his grandchildren, Tiara, Jaxson, Brysin, Rhylan and Joslin; his siblings, Robert Welch (Lynn), Randy Welch (Angie), Jordan Welch (Amanda) and Jana Welch-Chase (Geoff); and his sisters-in-law, Terri Harmon (John), Cindy Martin and Sandy Mundt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
