She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Sauter and Marjorie Sauter. She is survived by: her husband Bill of Veteran, WY; her daughter Lianne Read; her son-in-law Justin of Veteran, WY; her granddaughters, Katlynn and Jasmine Read of Veteran, WY; her brother Larry; and her sister-in-law Cathy Sauter of Gering, NE. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established at First State Bank in Torrington, WY in Vicky's name.
