He is survived by: his wife Janice Hofmann; his daughters, Angie Kubik (Brian), Heidi Adams (Schane) and Jessica McMullen (Joe); his grandchildren, Ian, Erin Kubik, Bella, Lacey, Cayden Adams, Alex and Finnley McMullen; his brother Ron Hofmann; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Schlager (Dick).
