He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bartholomew and Norene Bartholomew; his daughter Rachelle Bartholomew; and his brother Terry Bartholomew. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Mueller of Adams and Sherry Generally (Andy) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by Many nephews and nieces, aunts and uncles.
