He was predeceased by : his parents, Dan Fitzpatrick and Lottie Fitzpatrick (Schroeder); and his sister Cheryl Fitzpatrick. He is survived by : his daughter Kerry (Clint Peterson); his wife Sherry Fitzpatrick; his daughter Samantha Fitzpatrick; his grandchildren, Kaylie Smith, Declan and Dax Peterson; his brothers, Don (Peggy Fitzpatrick) and Jerry (Jan Fitzpatrick); and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Oxton (Jay), Vicki Kai and Lori Rausch (Jim).
