He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Woolsey and Gladys Woolsey (Parke); his wife Norma Woolsey (Nichols); and his brothers, Francis Woolsey and Robert Woolsey.
He is survived by : his children, Jim Woolsey (Beth) of Beaver Crossing, NE, John Woolsey (Mari) of Gibbon, NE, Linda Carlson (Mark) of David City, NE, Janet Irick of Redmond, OR and Peggy Williams of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
