He is survived by: his wife Kathryn of Olathe, KS; his children, Lynn Dvorak of Kansas City, Matthew (Polly) of Olathe, Kansas and Brenda (Lee Cunningham) of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Kallen, London and Ben; and his sisters, Patricia Hafer of Lincoln and Joyce Specht of Wilmington, Delaware..
