She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene A. Anstine (Hauck) and Max R. Anstine; her siblings, Paul Anstine and Sally Hofer (Anstine); her parents-in-law, Johann H. and Lydia M. Peters (Mueller); and her siblings-in-law, Edgar, Leroy Peters and Delores Greunke (Peters).

She is survived by: her husband Delmer Peters; her children, Melonie Peters Welsh (Doug), Kirk Peters (Lisa) and Christie Peters Tomes; her grandchildren, Kathryn Welsh, Meghan Welsh, Jessica Peters Koch (Fredrick), Zachary Peters (Whitney), Jake Peters (TJ), Korrina Tomes Hughes (Alan), Dustin Tomes (Maggie), Derek Tomes (Diana) and Schuyler Tomes (Rikki); her great grandchildren, Roselynn Welsh, Essence Koch, Rylee Koch, Teagan Peters, Danica Peters, Logan Hughes, Haylee Hughes, Kelsey Hughes, Tessa Hughes, Liv Tomes, Hank Tomes, Kinzie Tomes, Gracie Tomes, Noah West, Audrey Tomes and Georgia Tomes; her siblings, Rebecca Grosser (Anstine), Carolyn Herrold (Anstine) and Don Anstine (Kathy); and her sisters-in-law, Arlene Reighard (Peters), Viola Preston (Peters) and Doris Kutz (Peters). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Zabka-Perdue Funeral Home (410 Jackson Ave, Seward, NE 68434). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (919 N Columbia Ave, Seward, NE 68434). The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Tamora Cemetery (3750 I-80 ALT, Seward, NE 68434).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Peters Family for future designations.
