She was predeceased by: her husband Pete; her daughter Teri Madsen; her parents, Ted Engelbart and Lillian Engelbart; and her siblings, Mary Leffers, Debbie Engelbart and Teddy Engelbart.

She is survived by: her children, Dave Leffers (Cindy) of Vermilion, SD., Jeff Leffers (Deanna) of Billings, MT. and Becky Haumont (Bob) of Garland, NE.; and her son-in-law Daryl Madsen of Viborg, S. D.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
