With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard G. Campbell of Seward, Nebraska, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Campbell and Gwendolyn Campbell (Graham); and his mother-in-law Dorothy Huetig. He is survived by : his wife Linda Campbell of Seward, Nebraska; his daughter Brittany Lees (Chris) of Ankeny, Iowa; his brother Don Campbell (Ann) of Omaha, Nebraska; his grandsons, Cameron and Carter Lees of Ankeny, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Renee Jensen. He is also survived by brothers and sisters- in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.

Leslie Juricek wrote a sympathy message

“Dick was a life long friend to our family. He was so kind to my brother Paul, always being there for moral support. We all sang in my Mom’s choir at the First Presbyterian Church. Dick was a faithful golf caddy to my late uncle Jack Dedrick…. My late sweet Aunt Petie (Dedrick) made us cinnamon rolls nearly every winter Saturday morning.
