He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Dubbs and Jean Dubbs (Allan); his parents-in-law, Howard and Fran Lowell; his brother David; his sister-in-law Patricia Dubbs; and his grandson Wyatt Dubbs.

He is survived by: his wife Pam Dubbs; his children, John Dubbs (Marisol), Angie Palmer (Cory), James "Matt" Dubbs (Theresa) and Kristin Dubbs (Jeff Matthews); his grandchildren, Peggy Dubbs, Maddy Dubbs, McKenna Palmer, James Randall Dubbs, Lainey Palmer, Izzy Dubbs, Jacob Dubbs, Emersyn Palmer, Emmett Palmer, Abby Dubbs, Elly Dubbs, Benjamin Serrano-Chavez and Liam Dubbs; his brothers, Rick Dubbs, Michael Dubbs (Marilyn), Danny Dubbs, Terry Dubbs (Nohemi) and Wendell Dubbs (Sally); and his brother-in-law Paul Lowell (Diane). He is also survived by friend whose greatest pride was his family.
