She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Hank" Nichols and Gaynell Nichols (Krapff); and her brother Kenneth "Casey" Nichols. She is survived by: her husband Jim Henzl; her children, Misti (Dennis Charles), Brooke Henzl (Will Schwark) and Shad Henzl of Denver, CO; her sister Ruth Talbott; her grandsons, Dylan and Kyler Charles; and her friend Katie Hebert of Prineville, OR.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made in care of the family for a later designation.
