He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Schilling and Dorothy Schilling (Troutman); his wife Glenda Ruetzel; his daughter Kristy; and his sisters, Marilyn, Leanne and Jerri.
He is survived by: his children, Mike (Bev Schilling) of Lexington, NE and Sherrie (Tom Busse) of Rosemount, MN; and his brother Jim Schilling of Sidney, NE. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
