It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael John Mason of Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John MasonHis. He is survived by: his mother Carol Mason; his siblings, Kim Baker (Gary) and Mark Mason (Denise); his siblings' children, Brianna (Alex), Rachael, Nathan (Eleni), JJ, Tyler and Steven; and his grandson Bodhi Melton.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Red Raider Booster Club, or Faith Methodist Church honoring Mike's love for the outdoors and his community.
