She was predeceased by: her father Gustav "Gus" Jacobson; her sister Louise; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Williams and Mike Kully. She is survived by: her mother Vera Jacobson (Miller); her husband Raymond Cottier of Gurly; her son Bobby "Rob" Lempke (Michelle) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, David, Nathaniel and Robyn; her daughter Christy Wettlauffer (Eric) of Lincoln; her granddaughter Courtney Eitzmann (Blake); her great grandchildren, Maggie, Merrit, Sophie and Sidney Wettlaufer; her daughter Rochelle Powers (Ronald) of Grand Island; her grandchild Rylea Bunner (Jake Lowery); her great grandchild Raylin; her grandchild Jordan Bunner (Cam Minard); her great grandchild Isadora; her granddaughter Tiffany Powers (Roman); her son Jacob Lempke (Nikki) of Sidney; her siblings, Dennis Jacobson (Joy) of St. Libory and Susie Kully of Grand Island; and her stepson Michael Cottier of Sidney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the All Faiths Funeral Home (2929 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801). The military honors was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Military Women's Memorial (womensmemorial.org) or the Alzheimer's Association.
