He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Kiewatt (Steve) of Lewistown, MT. and JaNee Leibrand of Billings, MT.; his grandsons, James Leibrand of Billings, MT and Jacob Leibrand of Billings, MT; and his siblings, Virginia Campbell of Sidney, NE, Dennis Mika of Hollidaysburg, PA and Robert (Chong) of Lincoln.
Memorials may be given in William's memory to the Sidney Ambulance.
