He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry and Irma'McMillan'Jacobs; his brothers, Eugene and Robert Jacobs; and also Marian.

He is survived by : his stepson Ricky Marsoun of Snyder; and his son Mark Oppegard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
