She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stulken and Fanny Stulken (Krienbuhl); her husband Wesley Hines; her daughter Radeen; her siblings, Cora Jean, Dean, Phyllis, Fred Jr. and Kevin; and her grandson Ronnie.

She is survived by: her children, Wesley Jr. (Jody) of Dakota City, Malberta Bousquet of Sioux City, Annette (Jay Miller) of Balaton, Theresa Hines of Harlan, Mary (Bill Benner) of Harlan and Trudy (Dan Nienaber) of Beatrice, Nebraska; and her siblings, Doug, Karen (John), Kenny (Vicki), Catherine (Earl), Brian and John. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
