He was predeceased by : his parents, Nelson Walker and Senora Walker (Moore); and his siblings, Margaret, Dorothy and Jewell "Ruffy".

He is survived by : his wife Kim; his children, Leonard Muhammad (Tamiko) of Chicago, IL, LaKeshia Drabing (Michael), Whitney Holmes (Derrick) of Sioux City, Jordan Walker (Le'Ambra) of Sioux City, Kara and Crystal; his nephew Vernon Walker; and his pets, Jerry and Walter. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including many additional grandchildren.
