He is survived by : his wife Carol Havelaar; his daughters, Tamara Herrera (William) of Chandler, AZ, Holly Rick (Ed) of Willis, TX, Christine Gibb (Kirk) of Mesa, AZ and Stephanie Hamman of Sergeant Bluff, IA; his brother Ronald Havelaar (Mary Lou); and his grandchildren, Eric, Rylee, Kyndal, Jake, William, Thomas and Isabella.
