He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Phillips and Mary Phillips (Jensen); and his brother Lanny (Doris). He is survived by: his children, Dawnelle Rohde (Paul), Kristy Cunningham (John) and Brent Phillips (Jennifer); and his grandsons, Phillip, Shane, Colby Rohde, Nicholas, Vincent Phillips and Jack Cunningham.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Sunnybrook Community Church/ Kids Ministry or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
