He is survived by: his niece Michelle Hinz of Kearney, NE; his great-nephew Alec; his great-niece Elizabeth; his niece Jennifer Lomax of San Diego, CA; his great-niece Marissa; his nieces, Stacey O'Brien (Randal Williams) of Tabernash, CO and Stephanie Sherrerd (Andy) of Wayne, OK; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Drew and Max; his niece Chelsea O'Brien of Lincoln, NE; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keilee and Jerzie; and his sisters-in-law, Gaylene O'Brien of Hastings, NE and Jan O'Brien of Lincoln, NE..

Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church - Spalding (150 E Marguerite St, Spalding, NE 68665). A wake was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Spalding Senior Center.
